Bailey was hatched in a webcam nest at Hog Island ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Camp in Maine. People from all over the world virtually watch Bailey’s parents lay eggs and raise young every year. When Bailey was in the nest in 2017, she sustained a fractured right wing from a Great Horned Owl. She also survived a swarm of bees and a Bald Eagle attack. Bailey was transferred to our Center when she needed continued rehabilitation and a permanent home.
