David Jeffrey Ringer is a birder, a naturalist, and a writer. He is a co-founder of and before that, he worked at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ for nearly twelve years. He was ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡'s front-line PR manager on the Gulf Coast during the 2010 BP oil disaster and led communications for the RESTORE Act campaign. He then served as ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡'s national communications director, and then chief network and communications officer, leading ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡'s communications, chapter relations, and Bird-Friendly Communities work, and founding ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ on Campus.
