Richard serves as the Conservation Director for ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s Texas office. Richard has worked in the Gulf Coast bird conservation space for more than 20 years, with positions with American Bird Conservancy, Houston ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, and the Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program. 

Richard earned a PhD in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University, an MS in Science Biology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and a BA in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana.
