Interpretive Learning Center: ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ is renovating and improving our interpretive learning exhibits, displays and activities stations in and around the center. Our new exhibits provide interactive learning on natural science, bird biology, conservation, and water. Explore our interpretive exhibits for free any day we are open, and learn more about what ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ does for wildlife and conservation.

Nature Trails: Explore a series of winding nature trails and informational signage throughout the center. All interpretive signage is in English and Spanish. Trails are open daily from dawn to dusk.

Birdwatching: The Rio Salado is home to nearly 200 species of birds, including 100 species that migrate through the area seasonally. Come by early to see how many species you can spot, grab a guide book, or borrow binoculars.

Pollinator Garden: Come explore our native plant pollinator gardens, learn about ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡'s collaborative habitat restoration work, or spot butterflies at the Monarch waystation. The pollinator garden is open and free to the public every day.

Community Space & Art Showcase: Rio Salado ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Center now includes a free Community Space, complete with a library, talking circle, work areas, and a small lounge. This space is available for anyone on a first-come-first-served basis (call ahead for availability). This space also hosts incredible local art exhibits.
